AMN Healthcare is seeking a General ENT physician to join a growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast. This role offers autonomy to build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.

The position features a balanced schedule across clinic, OR, and ASC time, with a hospital call of about 7 days per month. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus production, with loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and stipends.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Open to AMG and FMG candidates.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
• Interest in building a practice in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric).
• Balance clinic, OR, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) time.
• Hospital call: ~7 days per month with phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures.
• Visa sponsorship available.
