Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dentist to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, delivering routine care to insured patients at the Fresno West Shaw office.

The role offers a daily base of $900-$950 with comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE support to help you grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care. Qualified candidates have a DDS or DMD, active state license, CPR, and appropriate DEA/CS credentials; sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
