Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Current and valid state dental license to practice in Indiana.
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions including cavities and gum disease.
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and preventive treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Interpret diagnostic images, including X-rays, to assess oral health.
• Provide restorative and general dental procedures within licensure and training.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Coordinate with specialists for complex cases and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Communicate treatment plans and post-operative care clearly to patients.
• Address patient questions and concerns professionally and compassionately
