Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 6/63/65 licenses.
• State insurance licensing preferred.
• Experience providing investment, retirement, insurance, or comprehensive financial guidance.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
• Ability to independently develop business and manage a client practice.
• Commitment to ethical, client-focused recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial guidance to individuals, families, professionals, and business owners.
• Develop strategies based on goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Coordinate investment, retirement, insurance, estate- and business-planning needs.
• Manage, retain, and deepen existing client relationships.
• Grow practice through referrals, relationships, and business development.
• Collaborate with senior advisors when needed on complex client needs.
• Maintain licenses, registrations, continuing education, and compliance standards.
• Build a scalable practice with access to technology, service, and team support.
