Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license.
• Multi-state licensure based on business needs.
• Holistic, evidence-based care including pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.
• Ability to order vaccines and injections.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
• Physical presence at assigned clinic required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
• Support safe and efficient care through routine exams and timely appointment management.
