Job summary
CVS Health’s MinuteClinic in Cedar Grove, NJ is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary and family care in a clinic setting. The role combines in-person and occasional virtual visits, with strong clinical support and autonomy to practice at the top of your license.
The ideal candidate holds an FNP license, national certification (AANP/ANCC), and BLS. DOT exam must be completed within 30 days.
Qualifications
- One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support positive patient health outcomes.
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of injuries and illnesses, and care coordination.
- Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management and preventive screenings.
- Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payment collection.
