Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver relationship-based care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness education. You’ll work with resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD to support your patients, while operating autonomously within our high-trust, patient-first culture.

Minimum requirements include an active NP/PA license with current board certification, CPR/BLS, and independent practice where allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Active NP/PA license and board certification (ANCC/AANP or NCCPA) required.
• Independent practice preferred where allowed by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Experience in family practice with wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wholistic care including prevention and chronic disease management.
• Offer decision-support resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD for patients.
• Work autonomously in a patient-centered relationship-based model.

Active medical license
