Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a respected, independent community hospital and medical group in the Greater St. Louis area in recruiting two ENT physicians.

The position emphasizes autonomy, excellent referral volume, and a balanced outpatient focus with OR time at the hospital and licensed ASC. The role offers flexibility with 4, 4.5, or 5-day weeks, APP support in clinic, and a leadership-driven practice environment.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• New grads considered in special cases with strong potential.
• Outpatient ENT focus with OR time available.

Responsibilities

• General ENT duties with room for subspecialty interests.
• Predominantly outpatient care with hospital OR time.
• Support from APP, manager, MA, and staff to run the office from Day 1.
