Job summary

CLS Health in Houston is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our expanding team. This physician-owned multispecialty group offers autonomy, transparency, and a supportive infrastructure designed to let you shape your practice.

You'll use the ECW EMR, build a robust referral network across Greater Houston, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, insurance, and PTO, with a clear partnership track.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Texas medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (ECW).
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a referral network.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Interest in practicing with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Endocrinology care to a diverse patient population.
• Use the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR for documentation and data management.
• Operate with full clinical autonomy supported by CLS Health's operational resources.
• Engage in networking and collaboration to strengthen your referral base.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of CLS Health within the community.
