Job summary

CLS Health in Houston is seeking a Board-certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing multispecialty group. You will practice with autonomy, backed by a physician-led, transparent infrastructure and a strong referral network across Greater Houston.

You will use eClinicalWorks EMR, enjoy uncapped productivity bonuses, full financial transparency, and a clear partnership track, in a flexible environment with support from a large local network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Texas medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Confidence using electronic medical records (ECW).
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a referral network.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Interest in practicing with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Endocrinology care to a diverse patient population.
• Use the ECW EMR for documentation and data management.
• Operate with full clinical autonomy supported by CLS Health’s resources.
• Engage in networking and collaboration to strengthen your referral base.
• Contribute to CLS Health’s growth and reputation within the community.
• Plan for and participate in comprehensive patient management.
