Aquent is seeking an analytically driven operations analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area to optimize validation processes for autonomous testing programs. You will leverage data, AI tools, and efficient workflows to ensure robust resource supply and mileage fulfillment across testing depots.

You will generate leadership-ready summaries, coordinate across multiple testing teams, and help sites prepare for testing activities. This role emphasizes on-site collaboration and travel as needed.

Competenze

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, operational coordination, or technical operations.
• Strong analytical background with a proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret operational data to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience building formulas, pivot tables, and reporting templates.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI assistants) to draft documentation, analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, or optimize workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel (15-30% expected travel) and comfort working directly on-site from operational vehicle depots as needed.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.

• Generate clear and concise performance summaries for operational leadership with actionable insights.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate reporting, synthesize findings, and streamline communications.

• Provide hands-on operational coordination across testing teams and depots.
• Facilitate smooth handovers and ensure sites are prepared for testing activities.
• Collaborate with site operations leads and cross-functional teams to optimize resource use and meet targets.
