Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build ML-first behavior prediction and planning modules, predicting trajectories and interactions of road users. You will collaborate with perception and planning teams and contribute to state-of-the-art architectures.

The role offers cross-team collaboration and impact across customer-focused autonomous systems. Ideal candidates have a CS/EE/Robotics background, strong Python and C++, and experience delivering production ML software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field.
  • Experience with end-to-end development of deep learning models.
  • 2+ years building production software using modern software practices.
  • Fluency in Python with intermediate experience in C++.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype, evaluate, refine, and deploy state-of-the-art ML algorithms that generate driving trajectories for autonomous vehicles and other road users.
  • Collaborate with perception and planning engineers and research teams on state-of-the-art models.
  • Leverage Applied Intuition's products to build the software and infra foundation for behavior-specific ML development.
