Emergency Dental of America in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Dentist for a fee-for-service role with mentorship available. The position offers broad scope of dentistry, autonomy to develop treatment plans, and a high earning potential in a busy patient-centered practice.

With established patient flow and modern technology, you will provide emergency and comprehensive care, while receiving support from experienced dentists to grow clinical skills and deliver excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Active Arizona dental license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
• Endodontic experience preferred.
• Surgical extraction experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices.
• Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care.
