Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join our network of independently owned practices. You’ll partner with doctors to develop personalized patient care plans and use advanced digital tools to support assessments and education.

We offer competitive pay of $55-$60 per hour, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays, continuing education through TAG University, disability coverage, and an Employee

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care.
