Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join a nationwide network of independently owned practices. You’ll work as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, with autonomy to assess oral health, educate patients, and recommend care based on clinical indicators.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills with focus on patient education.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital tools to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care.
