Job summary

The Specialty Alliance, a physician-led MSO, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our ambulatory surgery network in Kentucky. This outpatient setting offers autonomy, stability, and the backing of a national specialty platform with strong support and modern resources.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery settings preferred.
• Ability to manage airway and anesthesia delivery across cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airway management and anesthesia delivery
• Manage patient emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid administration
• Monitor vital functions and respond promptly to adverse reactions
• Ensure timely termination of anesthesia to support smooth recovery
• Support overall surgical operations and perform additional duties as needed
