ACS Talent Acquisitions is assisting a premier CRNA group in Austin, Texas, to recruit a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for an autonomous, office-based practice. Join a fast-paced, high-performance team focused on precision and exceptional patient experience.

You will own the anesthesia process from pre-op assessment to induction, maintenance, and recovery, collaborating with surgeons and staff to ensure optimal outcomes in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Active NBCRNA certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cases from pre-op to post-op care.
• Monitor vitals and coordinate with surgeons during procedures.
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia in a busy, office-based environment.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to maintain autonomy and excellence.
