The Specialty Alliance, in partnership with The Urology Group, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our outpatient anesthesia team. This physician-led MSO offers autonomy, stability, and strong support within a premier urology network.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with anesthesia experience.
• Ability to manage airway and anesthesia delivery.
• Excellent patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airway management and anesthesia delivery.
• Manage patient emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid administration.
• Monitor vital functions and respond promptly to adverse reactions.
• Ensure timely termination of anesthesia to support smooth recovery.
• Support overall surgical operations and perform additional duties as needed.
