Job summary

VitalHires is seeking a confident CRNA to join a CRNA-only team at Pratt, KS. The base compensation is $350,000 (1099) with 10 weeks off per year and full clinical autonomy.

You will manage anesthesia across diverse surgical specialties, participate in a 1:6 beeper call rotation from home, and work with a six-CRNA on-site team. This independent model supports professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current NBCRNA certification required.
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas.
• 1–3 years CRNA experience with diverse case proficiency.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Strong communication and adaptability in changing cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in an autonomous CRNA-only team.
• Manage anesthesia for diverse surgical populations.
• Participate in a 1:6 beeper call rotation from home.
• Support full scope of practice with clinical autonomy.
