Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a CRNA to join Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. The role offers full autonomy in a CRNA-only facility with a mix of cases and on-call shifts managed from home.

Qualifications
- Board-certified CRNA.

Responsibilities
- Provide CRNA services with full autonomy.
- Collaborate with surgical teams across case mix including Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gen, OB/Gyn, Podiatry and Urology.
- Beeper call from home with 1:6 on-call ratio and post-call day off.
