Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an experienced NP or PA to join a physician-owned cardiology practice in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient cardiology duties with strong physician collaboration and increasing autonomy.

You will work across general cardiology, structural heart, interventional cardiology, and EP with a supportive team consisting of 25 physicians and 27 APPs. This full-time position provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in cardiology (NP/PA)
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology settings preferred
• Strong EKG interpretation skills required
• Open to candidates with hospital medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pulmonology, or other transferable experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiology care with autonomy and team support.
• Collaborate with a large team of physicians and APPs.
• Gain broad exposure across general cardiology, structural heart, interventional cardiology, and EP.
• Maintain and enhance EKG interpretation skills.
• Balance approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient duties.
