Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Systems Program Manager for Air Dominance & Strike, overseeing the Payload and Mission Systems IPT on the FQ-44 Fury program. You will lead development and integration with the IPT Lead Engineer, owning cost and schedule to ensure successful delivery to the government.

The role requires a systems engineering mindset, execution focus, and collaborative partnership with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (mission systems engineering background preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to move between tactical and the 30,000 ft level.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering organization.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own development, test and evaluation of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
• Build strong relationships with DoD customers and maintain tight feedback loops.
• Autonomously execute on broad and ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes across multiple programs.
• Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resources.
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk, and customer communication.
• Bridge programmatic goals with technical execution as a partner to engineering.
• Collaborate with finance and business development to craft pricing strategies for proposals.
