Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an SLP II to autonomously provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Master's in Communication Disorders or SLP required, CCC-SLP and MA license expected by start date; 1–3 years of related experience; strong MS Office and capacity to instruct graduate students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required or eligible
• Massachusetts license prior to start date or eligibility
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine referrals, etiology and extent of disorders.
• Provide therapy and implement plans of care.
• Teach and supervise students and new staff.
• Maintain documentation and participate in hospital committees.
