Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is hiring an Automotive Windshield Technician to install and repair auto glass across mobile and fixed sites. You will review itineraries, ensure parts availability, and perform related duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience, ability to lift 70 lbs regularly, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. NGA certification is preferred and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. regularly.
• National Glass Association (NGA) certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile and fixed site installation and removal, and repair of auto glass in a wide variety of auto, light truck, and commercial vehicles.
• Utilize hand and power tools to remove moldings, wipers, mirrors, windshields, door glass, and back glass minimizing vehicle damage.
• Review daily auto glass jobs itinerary and ensure replacement glass has arrived in good condition from supplier and additional parts/items for installations are on hand.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Windshield Technician Job Details
