After 90–120 days of in-house training, Sound FX will send you to one of the country’s leading professional window tint schools, paid for by Sound FX. No prior tint experience is required; the company emphasizes attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn as the ticket to success.

Qualifications

• No prior window tint experience required; willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Sound FX window tint installers and practice under supervision.
• Learn our computer and plotter systems and help prepare vehicles and work areas.
• Keep installation areas clean and organized and participate in training.
• Learn to complete professional-quality tint installations and work with customers.
• Respond to feedback and continuously improve under guidance.
