Wheel Repair is a mobile wheel repair company operating in Iowa and Illinois. We are professional, rewarding, and challenging.

Our Technicians work in a mobile workshop providing services such as cosmetic refinishing and straightening repairs. You will be trained in our paid, two-week program. Training is conducted out of town in Cedar Rapids, IA, with expenses paid, including hotel and meal reimbursements up to $75/week on your first paycheck.

Travel is a requirement for training, and you will need to use your personal vehicle to meet the trainer. After training, your personal vehicle is only needed to travel to the storage facility and to the scheduled routes, where all equipment is provided. You may occasionally assist other technicians on routes in Eastern Iowa and Central Illinois, with reimbursement for gas and company-paid overnight stays outside the territory.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and create a professional environment
• Answer customer questions about refinishing and straightening processes
• Use ReConPro software to maintain customer records and create invoices
• Repair cosmetic finishes of wheels
• Straighten bent wheels
• Use negotiation skills to complete sales while maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Insurable on commercial fleet insurance
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time independently and serve customers effectively

Technician average earning: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour.
