Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Automotive Wash Bay Technician. You will wash vehicles with a pressure/automatic washer, clean interiors, apply wax and sealant, refurbish headlights, and ensure high-quality service.

You will also inspect vehicles, operate tools, and support customers' needs in a fast-paced shop. Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean record, willingness to undergo background and drug screening, and prior detailing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.
• Previous detail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and clean upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces using cleaning agents and tools.
• Apply wax to auto body and buff surfaces to protect shine.
• Apply protective sealant to surfaces.
• Refurbish headlights to restore clarity.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service for the organization.
• Understand and deliver to customers' specific requirements.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for pre-delivery checks.
• Maintain proper function of service tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Automotive Wash Bay Technician Job Description:

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbishing headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
• Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly for pre delivery.
• Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Other responsibilities provided by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
