Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software, systems, or product validation and testing.
• Proven experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols, onboard diagnostic (OBD) systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of automotive/heavy-duty vehicle systems and related control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Validate software and hardware products to ensure full compliance with requirements.
• Develop, document, and execute repeatable test plans and procedures.
• Identify, document, and track defects and gaps with software engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze validation requirements and ensure product readiness.
• Develop installation and user support documentation for onboard systems.
• Provide field and customer installation support as needed.
