Job summary

Zohorecruit in Hazelton, PA is seeking an Automotive Upholstery Repair Technician to join our family-owned restoration shop. This full-time role offers a stable income, excellent benefits, and a clean, temperature-controlled 34,000 sq ft facility where you will repair and assemble seat covers and convertible tops.

You will troubleshoot and replace seat assemblies, install side glass, and create templates for trunk compartments using vinyl, leather or carpeting.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude, attention to detail and strong upholstery repair skills.
• Woodworking and cardboard template design and creation is a HUGE plus for custom trunk compartments and interior fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace seat assemblies.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace convertible tops and assemblies (hydraulics, springs, etc.).
• Install and adjust side glass to fit car and convertible top.
• Create templates for custom trunk compartments and cover the templates with the requested material: vinyl, leather, carpeting, etc.
