Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced Exterior Trim Engineer with 5+ years of exterior trim design and development experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with exterior vehicle components and proficiency in CATIA V5.

You will support the design and development of exterior trim components, lead CATIA V5-based modelling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across side valences, sill trims, and rocker panels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in exterior trim design and development.
• Hands-on experience with exterior trim component design.
• Experience with exterior vehicle components such as sill trims and rocker panels.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of exterior trim components.
• Develop and manage exterior trim components using CATIA V5.
• Hands-on component design throughout the engineering process.
• Support engineering activities related to side valences, sill trims, underbody aero shields, wheelhouse liners, spoilers/appliques, frunk components, and rocker panels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support exterior trim development.

• Experience working with the following components:
• Sill trims
• Rocker panels

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of exterior trim components.
• Develop and manage exterior trim components using CATIA V5.
• Work hands-on with component design and development throughout the engineering process.
• Support engineering activities related to side valences, sill trims, underbody aero shields, wheelhouse liners, spoilers/appliques, frunk components, and rocker panels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support exterior trim development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in exterior trim design and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with exterior automotive components.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5.
• Experience with one or more of the specified exterior trim component areas.
