Job summary

Blue United Sourcing is seeking an Experienced Transmission Rebuilder for a full-time, on-site role in Norfolk, VA. Rebuild and repair automatic and manual transmissions from the ground up; diagnose issues; and support the shop with general automotive repairs.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($25-$48/hour) with weekly pay. You must have proven transmission rebuilding experience and own your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair automatic and manual transmissions from the ground up.
• Diagnose transmission issues and perform full remove-and-repair work.
• Support the broader shop team with general automotive repair as needed (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel/ignition, electrical, AC, and computer systems)

Location: Norfolk, VA | Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: 8 AM-6 PM, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no on-call!

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience (range of $25-$48 hour). Expertise is rewarded with top pay.
