Job summary

Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota is hiring an Automotive Title Clerk to join our on-site team. This full-time role processes vehicle title transfers for dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dealership title experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort with accounting software and dealership systems. We offer a stable, team-focused environment with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred).
• At least 1 year of dealership title experience (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

• Ability to manage a high volume of paperwork efficiently.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key administrative role in supporting dealership operations. You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred)
