Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking Automotive Tire Technicians in the Burlington, NC area. No experience required; paid training provided, with guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during intro period, in addition to base hourly pay.

You will install tires, rotations, balancing and repairs, working in a fast-paced team and eligible for benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Contribute to safe, quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and follow company processes during onboarding.
