Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking motivated Automotive Tire Technicians for our Riverview, FL centers. Starting base pay is negotiable with a guaranteed weekly bonus program during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, plus paid training.

No experience is required as we provide paid training and a clear path to earnings through weekly bonuses tied to service work and performance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe
• Provide service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Learn and follow established processes during paid training and on-the-job coaching
