Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Bethel Park area centers. You'll receive hands-on training with no prior experience required and earn guaranteed hourly pay plus a weekly incentive program.

You'll install tires, rotate and balance, perform repairs, and help meet delivery times in a fast-paced team. We offer paid training, weekly bonuses up to $800, and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No automotive experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
