Mavis Tire is hiring a full-time Automotive Tire Technician for our Woodbridge, VA centers. No experience is required; paid training starts you quickly as you join a state-of-the-art service and retail tire operation.

You will install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period. This role requires a 5-day work week in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and learn our processes.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide safe, best-in-class automotive service and meet customer delivery times.
• Work under base hourly rate with weekly bonus payments tied to services performed.
