Mavis Tires & Brakes in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking Automotive Tire Technicians to join our busy service centers. You’ll learn through paid training and start with a base rate that is negotiable, plus guaranteed weekly bonuses of up to $800 during the introductory period.

Responsibilities include tire installation, rotations, balancing and repairs, with additional earning potential from weekly bonuses in a fast-paced retail environment. 18+ and legal work status required.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; paid training will be provided.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week.
• Ability to learn tire installation and basic service procedures.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide tire services to keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied.
• Work with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Follow process standards and safety guidelines.
