Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a performance‑driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, repair flats, and manage TPMS duties with a focus on speed and accuracy.

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and commission, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within the organization. Weekend availability is a plus as guest demand peaks then.

Qualifications

• Experience with tire mounting/dismounting, balancing and rotation.
• Ability to perform oil changes and basic maintenance as needed.
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to learn and progress into advanced services over time.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate tires to spec.
• Test and service TPMS sensors and batteries.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
