Job summary

Just Tires in Apex, NC, part of the Goodyear family, seeks an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor to connect with guests and drive service sales. You will provide outstanding service, balance product knowledge with profitability, and work with a team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests from check-in to checkout, promoting tires and services, and contributing to promotions while maintaining safety and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and recommended services by communicating benefits and product features.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Communicate advertising and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in through service completion including scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Assist Service Manager in sharing information about guest vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as required.
