Responsibilities

• Accepts and teaches classes based on varied schedules and modalities (including online or Weekend College).
• Accommodates student needs and expectations of the College.
• Aids in curriculum development, including course syllabi.
• Prepares and delivers instruction to students using the Master Syllabus and LMS.
• Selects appropriate textbooks and follows department adoptions.
• Communicates regularly with students and college officials (emails, calls, meetings).
• Pursues activities to enhance subject matter expertise and teaching skills.
• Prepares assignments and assessments to ensure learning outcomes.
• Designs and maintains an active classroom environment for student learning.
• Maintains attendance records and certifies enrollments by deadlines.
• Evaluates student performance according to standards and department policies.
• Posts grades weekly and submits final grades by deadlines.
