Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary automotive training or dealer-level experience.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proven track record of strong technical performance.

• Receive service work orders and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and road-test when required.
• Identify parts, estimate labor and parts quotes.
• Plan and execute mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Post-secondary automotive training and/or at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience
• ASE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A strong technical performance record
• Strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done
• Committed to teamwork and providing "World Class" customer service
• Driven, self-motivated, highly professional and dependable
• Positive attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays
• Exemplary punctuality and attendance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background/MVR and drug screening (if a chosen candidate)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive service work orders, perform designated servicing and/or repair jobs
• Locate and diagnose problems with malfunctioning vehicles; road test as needed
• Identify necessary parts, prepare parts and labor quotes
• Plan and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• Perform regular service and preventative maintenance tasks on vehicles in order to keep in safe, dependable operating condition
• Maintain all required documentation of service work done
• Continually update product knowledge needed to work on new models
