Job summary

Price Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our dealership service center. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, and you must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software with broad knowledge of vehicle systems.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and enjoy problem-solving to find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and clearly communicate repair information to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and documenting work.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers clearly.
