Job summary

Porsche Cary, part of Holman Enterprises, invites an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role offers an up-to-$10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance based on qualifications.

Pay starts in the range of $20–$28 per hour and is accompanied by competitive full-time benefits. You will diagnose and repair vehicles per repair orders, maintain shop organization, road-test vehicles to verify quality, and stay current with evolving diagnostic technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ dealership service center experience or completion of PTAP program.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR.
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on repair orders, with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and tools accounted for at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry.

What will you do?

The C Technician must be experienced in the following areas: Perform work asoutlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Diagnose causeof any malfunction and perform repair Maintainleading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digitalmanuals, and reference materials Keep shop areaneat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times Road-testvehicles to ensure of quality repair Adapt to rapidlychanging technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in thediagnostics arena
