Superior Ford in Plymouth, MN is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our service team. If you take pride in your work and want a long-term career with a great team, we’d like to talk with you.

You’ll perform quality repairs to Ford factory standards, document diagnostics with the latest tech, and participate in ongoing Ford training to stay current. We offer union benefits, paid training, health and dental insurance, a 4- or 5-day work week, and bonus programs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years proven automotive technician experience in a dealership service department.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must own your own tools and toolbox.
• Current Ford STARS technical training certifications or ASE equivalent certifications
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• A commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality automotive repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and document the diagnostic and repair process using the latest industry technology.
• Perform complete multi-point inspections on all vehicles serviced.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs were completed properly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations, estimates, vehicle status, and estimated completion times.
• Participate in ongoing Ford and industry training to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Demonstrate professionalism and behavior consistent with Superior Ford’s values when working with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
