Qualifications

• Love for cars and passion for automotive service.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and good communication.
• Basic computer skills for service write-ups and scheduling.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on shop environment.
• Desire to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Ability to meet targets and work with a team.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication services safely (oil, transmission fluids, filters).
• Check the customer’s car and refer needed repairs to the Service Advisor.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
• Keep the customer’s car clean during service.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures of the company.
• Ensure equipment (especially the lift) is in proper working order.
• Demonstrate Group 1 values in all interactions with customers and coworkers.
