Job summary

Vaden Automotive in Georgia seeks experienced Automotive Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. You’ll collaborate with seasoned techs and service advisors using modern equipment to ensure quality repairs and ongoing development.

Eligible candidates can earn up to $60 per flat-rate hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Certifications, skill, and productivity drive advancement in a stable, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent
• Dealership experience and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred
• ASE certification preferred
• Master Technician-level experience valued
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and productivity
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and technical resources
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service leadership
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology
