Job summary

BRAM Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician for the RT 22 Honda dealership in Hillside, NJ. This full-time role offers hourly pay and opportunities to grow within a large family-owned group serving NY/NJ for over 50 years.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, test drives, and document services performed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of technician experience and be committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and performs repair work per the repair order.
• Maintains vehicle lubrication and suspension components.
• Examines the vehicle to determine additional safety or service work and notifies the service advisor.
• Documents all work performed and tests components and systems with diagnostic tools.
• Adheres to safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles as listed on service orders.
• Road-test vehicles and validate repairs using diagnostic tools.
• Keep the shop area clean and account for dealership tools.
• Attend factory-sponsored training as required.
