Qualifications

• At least five years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong automotive repair skills and diagnostic ability.
• Your own tools to perform a wide range of repairs.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify the repairs needed to address them.
• Perform mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension, exhaust, and other vehicle systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and drivability issues.
• Complete routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Clearly document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
• Communicate with the team to help customers understand their vehicle’s needs and repair options.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
