Holman Enterprises in Aberdeen, WA is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will service and repair vehicles, follow dealer and factory standards, and work under the Service Manager's direction.

This role offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and relocation assistance to eligible candidates. We value accuracy, ongoing learning, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Manufacturer certifications highly desired.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Perform work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
