Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training program preferred.
• ASE or SAE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Help establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of engine, transmission, brakes, and other systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey repair information clearly to customers.
